Ian spent the first 19 years of his career serving as the minister of a number of churches in the U.K. During this time he was involved in the formation of a ministerial training college and served as a member of the editorial board of Pastor Training International. Ian has built a reputation as an accomplished public speaker. He has addressed conferences and training seminars in the UK, Europe and Southern Africa.

Ian is a qualified executive coach and is a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Richard has 30 years of leadership experience, with ten years as an officer in the R.A.F. followed  by 25 years in retail and manufacturing services, with 18 of those years at Board level in both private and publicly listed businesses. He has worked in the UK, U.S.A, China and Europe and for the last 10 years has run his own businesses in Switzerland and the U.K. In addition to his functional roles he spent many years as a trustee and non executive director of the Leadership Trust.

Richard is a professionally qualified executive coach and is currently studying the neuroscience of leadership with the Neuroleadership Institute.

Before becoming a full time coach and facilitator Simon benefitted from working with some great and experienced people and worked at executive levels in organisations. He was accountable for the leadership of a distribution operation, chemicals business and substantial corporate relationship.

More recently Simon completed his MBA, graduating with a distinction in the specialism of leading people for competitive advantage (and top of the year). It was through doing this as a full time degree, he unleashed his passion for achieving great things with and through people. He subsequently completed a PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching and is in an enviable position of loving his work with a wide range of public sector and private sector clients.
